Re: Star Wars Episode IX (SPOILERS ALLOWED)
It’s kinda irrelevant at this point but I’m curious what Javen thought of TRoS. As a fellow OG senator who called us negative and jaded for our opinions of TLJ, I’d love to read his feelings on IX. I thought I had posted my thoughts here but I guess I didn't. Here is my small review/thoughts the mo...

What's next a baby Rancor with a leash? A baby trash compactor monster? A baby Jabba the Hutt? A baby Greedo with Wuhr babysitting him while he bartends?

Re: Star Wars Episode IX (SPOILERS ALLOWED)
I think Lando's role in this movie is probably information broker, Leia seeks him out for info regarding "a bad feeling". Leia splits the kids into 2 parties Finn, Poe and Rose / Chewie, Rey and 3PO, Rey goes somewhere and force ghost Luke talks to her about something while Finn, Rose and...

Javen I 110% agree with you that Sheeve is dead, and all the questions will be answered by either a holocron recording or data recording on the DSII remains on Endor. I had some thoughts I wrote on my blog on how IX can conclude AND incorporate both the PT the OT AND the ST. Give it a read and let ...

I wanted to feel some level of hype, I REALLY DID! I did not. The "on your marks, get set, g....wait, ok go" moment totally deflated my hope, and when she force jumped over Kylo's Tie Fighter....UGGH! I was like WHY!??? I would have loved to see her use Kylo's OP ability to "freeze' ...

Re: Star Wars Episode IX (SPOILERS ALLOWED)
So, the teaser: YouTube * Billy Dee Williams! :w00t: Never was a big Lando fan, but, with so little of the OT remaining in these nightmare films, I must admit, I was pleased to see him. * Ian McDiarmid! :w00t: I concur, but--you knew it was coming, didn't you?--two things: 1) they're resuscitating ...

Re: Star Wars Episode IX (SPOILERS ALLOWED)
JJ was a producer on TLJ so he didn't stop it. Disney knew the direction Rian was going and didn't stop it. It's not like they didn't know a thing or JJ either. He knew exactly what he was doing. I loved what Rian did. Did anyone really know anything about the Emperor when he died? No. One should b...

I do think JJ has to tie everything together and he himself has said he will tie all three together. Now what that means I have no clue. But looking forward to what he will do.

Re: Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi (SPOILERS ALLOWED)
Uggg if you have to make ESB the golden standard then that is seriously terrible and you're steeped in a culture who expects it and if you don't you get derided for it. One of the most over-hyped movies of all time. I could tear it apart in seconds. ANH is a million times better than that and so is ...

Re: Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi (SPOILERS ALLOWED)
You have your opinion but this is just sour apples. I mean Poe's arc was great, Rose was really good. The movies was awesome. Poe's arc is great? He's just a pilot who gets to be on the bridge and demand to be included in everything. Without him, there would be more rebels left than can fit in the ...

Re: Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi (SPOILERS ALLOWED)
I really despise Poe Dameron. He should have died in the crash on Jakku. Rose - useless and annoying. So she wanted to save Finn from killing himself by crashing into his ship and killing both of them? Great idea. the splicer, DJ i think his name was, even more annoying. Was given too much prominen...

Survey: The truth about Rey's parents... The truth spoken by Kylo, or a lie to confuse and/or sway her? It's the truth and the cave scene even furthers that truth. Her being a nobody is more profound than her being a Skywalker, Solo, Kenobie, Emperor's clone and other crazy theories. Kylo is being ...

I couldn't imagine Luke going out any other way. Going in peace after saving the rebels AGAIN. That is Luke Skywalker. He ...

I watched Justice League and the first 45 minutes I disliked. After that it was really good. Aquaman and The Flash stood out the most for me, but I liked everyone in it. I think Ben is a good Batman. I see what you did there.... well according to a legend I read, Luke did that (wink wink nudge nudge) I know what you're talking about but in reality that may or may not have happened. Re: Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi (SPOILERS ALLOWED)
Luke is human, not super human. He fails alot which makes him pretty relatable, imo. Some want Luke to being pulling down star destroyers with the force and whipping up galaxay tornadoes to kill all the boogie men in space. It's like wtf? When did star wars become about being Superman in space? GL s...

Leia doesn't die in VIII though. She had a bigger role in IX and even Rian solidified that she doesn't. Carrie died, but she completed her scenes before she did.
Now, Snoke could attempt to kill Leia and Kylo steps in and stops him.

Re: Rian Johnson will create a new Star Wars Trilogy
As writer-director of The Last Jedi, Johnson conceived and realized a powerful film of which Lucasfilm and Disney are immensely proud. In shepherding this new trilogy, which is separate from the episodic Skywalker saga, Johnson will introduce new characters from a corner of the galaxy that Star War...

Rian Johnson will create a new Star Wars Trilogy
Wasn't sure where to put this so put it here. For director Rian Johnson, Star Wars: The Last Jedi was just the beginning of his journey in a galaxy far, far away. Lucasfilm is excited to announce that Johnson will create a brand-new Star Wars trilogy, the first of which he is also set to write and d...

Re: Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi (SPOILERS ALLOWED)
As for the trailer it is the most clever edited and misdirected ladened trailer I've ever seen in my life. Rian is just messing with our heads. Back a few months ago or so, Adam Driver stated he'd like for us not to even get a trailer. I think there are such secrets in this movie it won't get spoile...

So the "who is Snoke?" Subject is making it's rounds around the interwebs again, and this guy Mike Zeroh is claiming the website comic book.com suggests.....based on a Lego figure that Snoke might be blind and if he is Snoke could be.................Kanaan Jarrus https://youtu.be/mGrhzr2A...
