Re: The Next Animated Star Wars series Star Wars Resistance
Season 2 hasn't even been release yet but I believe they only planned to have two seasons. I think it is because of it being about one spy mission.

Re: The Obi-Wan Kenobi series
Disney don't care what the fans think. Most casual fans don't watch the animated shows so have no idea about the Rebels showdown. If done correctly it could feed the showdown by explaining why Maul hates Kenobi even more.

Re: The Obi-Wan Kenobi series
I saw solo but for them to run into each other it would have to be off world. At this point Maul doesn’t even know about Tatooine.he discovers Tatooine through the vision he receives by combining the Sith and Jedi holocrons in SWR. Maul was sent to Tatooine by Palpatine in Ep 1. Kenobi is set after...

Re: "The Mandalorian" Live-Action Series (2019)
Can we get access to it here in Australia yet? Honestly, if the price is fair and they offer the three years for two deal, I will probably get on board. With Star Wars and Marvel content I think they could keep me entertained for at least that long. This all presumes they release the app for my LG ...

Re: The Obi-Wan Kenobi series
Here are my percentages of likelihood of seeing below characters in the Kenobi D+ series. Maul <5% You must not have seen Solo to give this percentage for Maul. I think he maybe Obi Wan's enemy. There is a high opportunity for a cross over of some of the Solo cast especially since they are set in t...

Re: Star Wars Episode IX (SPOILERS ALLOWED)
I'm not waiting for the Mandalorian in November. I'm not considering on streaming Disney + when in arrives in Oz on 19 Nov. I have already got the day off for this movie on 19 December. Only Mags will be able to beat me assuming Sweden is still releasing on Wed 18 Dec. US still has to wait until the...

Re: Star Wars Episode IX (SPOILERS ALLOWED)
The reel is also on the OS. I like the voiceover by Luke and new images of Leia. Questioning why C3PO has red eyes. Maybe he is the one possessed by Sidious.
Dark Rey makes me feel this is a vision as if it did really happen it is a big spoiler for a sizzle reel.

Re: Untitled Obi-Wan Kenobi
Mags, I have no doubt that Obi Wan is back. The rumour I talk of is, it is more looking like a six part tv series but some are stating Ewan is directing as well. We will have to wait for the OS to advised more.
Then this thread may need to be moved to tv not stand alone movies.

Re: Untitled Obi-Wan Kenobi
Rumours flying around many entertainment sites (including Variety) is that Ewan has signed to reprise Obi Wan. Depending on who you read he will also direct and jury is out if it is a film or a tv series for Disney +.
Unsure when we will hear from LFL, maybe at D23.

Re: Star Wars Episode IX (SPOILERS ALLOWED)
Mags, we hear Palpy's laugh in the teaser so either his presence has completed Kylo's training or Paly's clone is commanding a group of troopers. There is Knight of Ren who could also be leading them. Remember the Sith would never called themselves troopers as they are more egotistical than that.

Re: Star Wars Episode IX (SPOILERS ALLOWED)
No it's not. The marketing department was running out ideas of what to call the next toy trooper. It just means they are red and probably commanded by a Sith. Just a mixture of praetorian and trooper.

Chistopher Eccleston once said when he was asked why Dr Who had a northern accent: "That every planet had a north.". It's the same with deserts, every planet has one.

Considering how disappointed GOT fans were with most of the last season, it will being interesting to see how they write in the SW universe without a book for source material.

Very sad news of the passing of the actor Peter Mayhew who played Chewbacca on 30.04 at his home with his family around him. I had the pleasure of meeting twice. Re: Star Wars Episode IX (SPOILERS ALLOWED)
I think that Palpatine could be a Force Ghost. It is a way of cheating death by living within the Force. JJ consulted Lucas to find out if Sith could learn this ability since Qui Gon appears to be the first Jedi to master this trait. I don't believe Rey is a clone as a clone is usually the same sex ...

Re: What can a scientist in my Star Wars fan fic be working on?
Maybe he can be teaching astronomy. I know it is very "Indy" but for me if you are requesting a character to investigate the quark star then they should be an expert in the field. An alternate field then I and most of the general public are questioning why he is the expert to call on, in a...

Re: What can a scientist in my Star Wars fan fic be working on?
Welcome to the Senate. In regards to your question, anything that is cool has probably be written about. If your scientist is being called to investigate a black hole then he would need to be an expert of astronomy. Pick something in that field. It is then something a casual fan could relate to. NAS...

There is no mention either way about Ewan's involvement. It does appear that a third series is in production in the UK. I predict that there maybe an announcement about this at SW Celebration in 45 days or so.
